Bluetooth Beacon-Based Mine Production Management Application to Support Ore Haulage Operations in Underground Mines

چکیده

In this study, a mine production management application (app) using Bluetooth beacon and tablet PC was developed to support the efficient operation of an underground loading-transport system. The app receives signals from beacons attached major loading points crushing sites through mounted on truck records time were received as well location truck. addition, when signal beacon, driver can select input information such point, ore type, dumping method screen. Data recorded during haulage are automatically transmitted cloud server arrives in wireless communication area. continuously stores manages data multiple trucks equipped with PCs. performance test conducted by system for limestone located Jeongseon, Korea. Results confirmed that related field could be effectively collected managed, efficiency improved.
